Notice of Disruption to Services

As part of the construction of our new Wellness Business project, the builders need to relocate our communications infrastructure which houses our connections for Wi-Fi, internet and phones.

Whilst we have endeavoured to minimise the disruption to our team and our members, we will, unfortunately, be likely to experience some outage to our services at Aquafit on Thursday 30 January. 

What does this mean to me?

  • We have cancelled 2 usual RPM classes, and the scheduled Cycle Virtual classes on Thursday (as these programs are reliant upon internet connectivity)
  • We will have no background music in the Centre (so bring your own music)
  • We will have no TV’s or Cardio screens – but the Cardio equipment will still be able to be used.
  • There may be some disruption to phone lines should you try to call.
  • You will be unable to do Body Scans or book in for an assessment.

Can I still attend on Thursday? 
Of course! All of the equipment and other Group Fitness classes will still be available.

Can I still access "My Wellness"? 
Yes…provided you have access to your own data plan on your device (as there will be no access to Wi-Fi)

Will I be able to purchase a drink or use the Café?
Yes – EFTPOS should still be available for purchases.
