Essential:
Cert IV in Fitness
Senior First Aid & CPR
Subject to a current working with children’s check
Desirable:
Minimum 6-12 months experience with training individuals and/or small groups.
Diploma of Fitness
Human Movement/Exercise/Sports Science or relevant tertiary qualification
Certificates in Kettlebells, Suspension Training, Bootcamp and/or Boxing
Are you a professional and motivated Lifeguard? We are seeking an enthusiastic customer focused person who is able to work flexible hours including a combination early mornings, evenings and weekends. Permanent Part Time and/or Casual positions available.
Key responsibilities include:
Pool supervision and water safety skills
Opening and closing duties
Emergency response training
Pool water quality testing
High levels of customer service
Strong communication with ability to liaise with members and patrons of various ages, demographics and abilities
A sound understanding of WH&S within the Aquatic environment
Operations and plant experience - desirable
To be successful in this role, you will have current RLSSA Pool Lifeguard Licence, Bronze medallion and current senior first aid certifications. Experience working within the aquatic environment is desirable.
