Aquafit is a Share the Dignity Collection Point
Supporting the Share the Dignity Dignity Drive this March - helping women and girls in our community access essential hygiene products.
This March, Aquafit is proud to be a collection point for the nationwide Dignity Drive by Share the Dignity.
Period poverty affects thousands of women and girls across Australia, including in our own local community. Something as simple as access to basic sanitary products can make a meaningful difference to confidence, dignity and participation in everyday life.
Throughout March, you can support the drive by donating essential hygiene products at our Reception.
We are accepting:
- Pads
- Tampons
- Period underwear
- Incontinence products
All donated items are distributed to charities and community groups supporting women and girls experiencing hardship.
As a community-focused fitness centre, Aquafit believes in showing up for more than just physical wellbeing. This is an opportunity for our members to come together and support a cause that directly impacts the health, dignity and confidence of women in our region.
Next time you head in for a workout, consider adding one small item to your gym bag and placing it in the collection box at Reception. It’s a simple gesture that can have a real and lasting impact for someone in need.
