After 22 years of dedicated service, Kristen Green has made the decision to step away from her role as General Manager Aquafit & Hakea Wellness and begin a new chapter.
Kristen has made an extraordinary contribution to Aquafit, Hakea Wellness, our members, team and the wider Campbelltown Catholic Club community.
Since joining the Club and helping lead the establishment of Aquafit in 2004, Kristen has played an integral role in shaping the business into one of Australia’s most respected and awarded fitness and wellness centres. Through her vision, passion and commitment to excellence, Aquafit has grown into a thriving health and wellness community that has positively impacted the lives of thousands of members.
More recently, Kristen also co-founded Hakea Wellness, bringing to life a new chapter in the Club’s wellness offering and further expanding Aquafit’s commitment to helping people live healthier, happier lives.
While Kristen’s professional achievements are significant, her greatest legacy will be the people, culture and community she has helped build. Through her care, strong leadership and belief in empowering others, Kristen has created an environment where members feel welcomed and supported, and our team feels valued, encouraged and inspired to do their best work.
Campbelltown Catholic Club CEO Michael Lavorato acknowledged Kristen’s outstanding contribution and the lasting impact of her leadership.
“On behalf of the Board, Executive Leadership Team and all employees, I would like to sincerely thank Kristen for her outstanding contribution, dedication and service over the past 22 years,” Michael said.
“The legacy she leaves behind is one of excellence, integrity, care and community, and her impact will continue to be felt for many years to come.”
Kristen has thanked Aquafit members and the wider community for their loyalty, support and friendship over the years.
“To every member who has walked through our doors, attended a class, achieved a goal, supported our community initiatives, shared feedback, or simply made Aquafit part of their life, thank you,” Kristen said.
“It has been a privilege to be part of your journey.”
Aquafit and Hakea Wellness will continue to be supported by a dedicated team who care deeply about members, employees and the future of both businesses.
Kristen will be finishing up on 9 July, with the Club sincerely thanking her for her remarkable contribution and wishing her every happiness and success in this next chapter.
