We’re excited to be welcoming you back to Aquafit!
We are pleased to confirm that our doors will open again from 5am, Monday 11 October 2021. We are so excited to welcome you back!
We have planned the re-opening of Aquafit into several stages, to return our services progressively and gradually.
- Stage 1 - Monday 11 October - Gym, Classes and Café Blue
- Stage 2 - Monday 18 October - Pools (including Aqua classes)
- Stage 3 - Monday 25 October - Creche and Personal Training services
As always, the health and safety of staff and members continues to be our number one priority. The following NSW Government restrictions will apply for everyone entering our venues:
- Staff and members can only access the club premises if they are fully vaccinated or medically exempt
- COVID Safe QR Code check in via the Service NSW App will remain in conjunction with Aquafit scan in procedures
- The 4sqm rule will apply in indoor areas with 1.5m physical distancing
- Maximum number of 20 people in Group Fitness Classes
- Face masks must be worn by staff and customers in indoor areas, unless exempt. Note: People engaging in strenuous physical exercise are exempt, unless they are participating in an indoor gym or dance class.
To assist our team please have the following ready when entering Aquafit:
- Please have your mask on correctly before you enter the Aquafit building. If you have forgotten yours, please see our reception team who have a small number of disposable masks available
- Be ready to show us your proof of vaccination either on your phone or in hard copy - we won’t keep this, we just need to see it (please be advised that you will unable to access the turnstile until we have sighted this)
- Check in using the COVID Safe QR Code via the Service NSW App
- Have your temperature checked - using the Kiosk provided
- Have your membership card ready to scan at the turnstiles as usual
Your Aquafit membership will automatically be recommenced from Monday 11 October unless you have advised us prior in writing otherwise.
