It’s right here on the ground floor of the Aquafit building, right inside the main entrance.

The name Hakea itself is inspired by the resilient and beautiful Australian native plant - symbolising strength, adaptability and connection to nature. These qualities are at the heart of our approach to wellness.

This can be best captured by our mission:

‘At Hakea Wellness, we help you move and recover with purpose so that you can live a happier, more balanced life. Through reformer Pilates, contrast therapy and wellness education, we create a space that inspires balance, builds resilience and fosters connection - making wellness an enjoyable and sustainable part of everyday life.’

Yes and no. Hakea will operate separately from Aquafit, but special offers and access benefits will be available for Aquafit members. You won’t necessarily need to have a Hakea membership, we will also have casual passes and class packs available also.

Not directly, but Aquafit members receive 10% off session packs of 5 or more - just use the code AQUA10 at checkout.

Hakea is inclusive and welcoming to everyone—our programs are designed for all genders and all levels of experience.

Hakea will offer a mix of scheduled Reformer Pilates classes, self-guided recovery sessions, and one-off wellness workshops.
