8 Week Tai Chi Program

You are invited to discover a series of slow and stable movements that will help you to become aware of your body in a relaxed and free way. This course gives you the opportunity to learn an art that will last a lifetime and that will provide you physical and wellbeing benefits.

Our new Spring program will run for 8 weeks with our specialised instructor Chris. We'll also be holding the classes outdoors to take advantage of the warmer weather and fresh air!

8 Week Outdoor Tai Chi Class
Saturday 6 October - Saturday 24 November, 7am 
in the outdoor training area at Aquafit
$80 for 8 weeks
 (Payment required prior to commencement of first class)
