Conditions
- Promotional period 28 July - 31 August 2014
- Available to a new member who joins Aquafit on any membership type during the promotional period. Not valid on ONTRAC memberships, renewing memberships, CCC staff or promotional memberships.
- Membership start date must be from 28 July through to 31 August inclusive.
- New member must complete an entry form which is to be attached at point of joining to Membership agreement.
- Admin to verify entry form the following day (we reserve the right to verify the validity of entries received)
- To be eligible to receive the prize, must be over 16 years of age.
- Limit of 1 entry per person joining.
- Employees & Directors of Campbelltown Catholic Club and their respective spouses are ineligible to enter. Suspended and Banned Persons are not eligible to participate.
- Winners consent to the publication of their name and or photograph in any form of advertising Campbelltown Catholic Club sees fit.
- By participation in the promotion participants consent to the conditions of entry.
